Web60hz is too much of a compromise, and 120hz+ is too much for the average consumer. I think 90hz is the sweet spot that should be the standard for all interactive devices. My reasoning is this: The higher refresh rate you go, you get diminishing returns. Going from 60hz to 90hz is a bigger difference than going from 90hz to 120hz.
