WebI took a z pack for a sinus infection the normal 5 day dose. I had the normal gastrointestinal sides at first then came day four. I have had horrible neck and ear pain on the same side, anxiety, a feeling of impending doom and insomnia. I finish my last pill on Sunday 2 days ago.
