WebDesign is implemented in a 90-nm CMOS process with a dissipation of only 22.8 mA from a 1.2-V supply voltage. The measured NF is below 3.8 dB with a maximum conversion gain of 65.1 dB within the X-band of 8 -12 GHz. The average output P1dB over this frequency range is measured as 1.12 dBm at the maximum gain. [15] WebS. Wang, A. Niknejad, and R. W. WebAn ultra-wideband (UWB) low noise amplifier (LNA) for 3.3–13.0 GHz wireless applications using 90 nm CMOS is proposed in this paper. The proposed LNA uses an improved common-gate (CG) topology utilizing feedback body biasing (FBB), which improves noise figure (NF) by a considerable amount. Parallel-series tuned LC network … WebThis paper presents the design of a 2–16 GHz ultra wideband low noise amplifier (UWB LNA). The proposed UWB LNA employs a symmetric 3D RF integrated inductor. The UWB LNA has a gain of 11 ± 1.0 dB with NF less than 3.25 dB. Good input and output impedance matching and good isolation are achieved over the operating frequency band. …
